Implants take two trips. Bone decides how long.
An implant is a titanium fixture placed into the jaw, and a crown fitted on top of it once the bone has grown around it. The fixture is £525 and the crown is £180, so a single missing tooth replaced properly is £705 of treatment plus transfers.
That gap is osseointegration. It is biology, not a booking policy, and no clinic anywhere can compress it.
"Teeth in a day" — why we will not say it
You will see it advertised. What is usually meant is that a temporary tooth goes on the same day while the real one waits for the bone. Sometimes that is genuinely appropriate and the dentist will offer it. Selling it as a finished result is where the category earns its reputation, and it is the single most common reason people arrive at us frightened.
If you need a graft as well
Where there is not enough bone to hold a fixture, a bone graft at £250 comes first, and then the wait before the crown is roughly twice as long. The planner works this out from what you type and says it out loud rather than discovering it after your flights are booked.
A graft is also minor surgery, so the dentist may want you to stay a night before flying. The dentist decides that on the day, not us, and not in advance.
