Veneers: two visits, a few days apart.
A veneer is a thin porcelain facing bonded to the front of a tooth. The clinic uses e-max, which is pressed glass-ceramic rather than a printed composite, and it is made to match the teeth around it. The price is £200 a tooth and it does not change by quantity.
The wait is a laboratory wait, not a healing wait. The laboratory is in the building, which is why it is days rather than the fortnight the category usually quotes.
How many do people actually have?
Usually eight to ten on the upper jaw, because that is what shows when you talk. If you tell the planner "veneers" without a number it assumes ten, tells you it assumed ten, and moves the range the moment you say otherwise.
The honest version: a veneer is irreversible. Enamel is removed and cannot be put back. If your teeth are sound and you want them whiter, whitening at £150 is the smaller thing to try first, and the dentist will say so.
Staying, or flying twice?
A few days is an awkward gap: too long to wait at the airport, short enough that flying home and back is usually more expensive and more tiring than staying. Most people stay, and the Asian side is an ordinary part of a very large city rather than a resort. We will tell you what each option costs before you book anything, and the choice is entirely yours.
